Delivery Coverage

We deliver across all cities in Pakistan via Postex courier service.

Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery: PKR 200 flat rate on all orders
Free Delivery: Orders above Rs 1,500 qualify for free delivery

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary for remote areas.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a Postex tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

Payment Method

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is made at the time of delivery to the Postex courier.

Failed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery. After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. Please ensure your contact number is correct and you are available to receive the order.
