Return Window

You may request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

Eligible Reasons for Return

  • Product received is damaged or broken
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is expired or has an unacceptable quality issue

Non-Returnable Items

As our products are food items, we do not accept returns based on personal taste preference or change of mind. Opened products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Please share your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product. We will arrange a pickup or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds are not applicable in the traditional sense. If your return is approved, we will send a replacement order or issue store credit at our discretion.
